The city of Lake Oswego has scheduled several meetings to address topics that could impact residents in the Glenmorrie Neighborhood and other surrounding neighborhoods as well. For further information on any of the following meetings, please contact the city’s Planning and Building Services department.
- A meeting to address a proposed zone change on the Lake Corps Power Station Property, which is located in George Rogers Park. (The property is actually in the Hallinan Neighborhood.) The city would like to change the zinging from R-7.5 (single-family residential) to Park and Natural Area to “achieve consistency with the Comprehensive Plan designation of ‘PNA’ for this property.” The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 15,2017, in the city council chamber at city hall.
- A public hearing before the Development Review Commission is set for 7 p.m., Monday, March 20, at city hall. The hearing will address Mary’ Woods proposal to build an assisted living facility at 17400 Holy Names Drive. (The application has already been “accepted as complete.” The public hearing is a requirement of the development process. More information about Mary’s Woods’ project can be found here.
